Thursdays 5:00 to 6:00 pm – breath-centred, ashtanga-inspired flow: active with modifications, sun salutation A & B
Saturdays 10:30 to 11:30 am – gentle hatha/restorative: a beginner class. Breathing, stretching and balancing alternating with restorative yoga poses (bolster supported poses that encourage deep muscle relaxation).
Drop-ins are welcome
